Guidelines

Any sanctioned league secretary can be voted for Secretary of the Year (SOTY).

Voters can only vote once per league but if you are in mulitiple leagues with the same secretary, you can vote for the same secretary.

Must have at least 30% of the league vote in order to qualify.

Voting will be closed by the February 15, 2026 meeting and award will be given out during the open meeting on March 8, 2026 .
