Welcome League Secretaries:

First of all, congratulations on being elected as your league secretary.  Your fellow league bowlers have intrusted you with a great responsibility. Your Santa Clara County USBC Association Manager, Officers, and Directors, are here to help you with those responsibilites.

USBC Awards:

Reminder, USBC has once again changed the criteria for awards this Season.  Please submit your awards on the current USBC award application and in a timely manner, so they can processed and returned to you as quickly as possible.  

There are 5 methods for you to get your league awards to the Santa Clara County USBC office for processing.

• E-Mail to scvbabowl@sbcglobal.net
• Fax to the office.  408-453-5081
• Mail to the office at the address below.
• Deliver to our office at the address below.
• Place in the USBC drop off box located inside your bowling center.  (Some centers do not have drop off boxes)

 The email option is best for those leagues that use the CDE software to process league stats.  This information can be sent to our office as soon as your league has been processed.  This is also the fastest way to submit your award for processing.

RULE CHANGES FOR 2010-2012: Please note that the USBC rule books now cover two seasons.  The current Rule book you received last year or this year covers the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons. 

102c: Duties of the President - Requires all bank statements be sent to the president. 

This is crucial, as it is part of the bonding requirements to protect your league funds.

102f: Duties of Treasurer - Requires league financial records by kept for 1 year from completion of the season.

League Sanctions:   Form is provided In your secrataries packet which were delivered to your bowling center.  

NOTE: All league Sanctions Need to be  submitted to the Santa Clara Valley USBC office in a timely manner.  

Please be sure to complete your league sanction application along with your USBC membership cards and fees and submit them to the SCCUSBC office as soon as possible.  Completed Sanction Applications should be received in the SCCUSBC office with-in 30 days of your leagues start date.
